Mrs. Matthews earned her Juris Doctorate from Western Michigan University, Thomas M. Cooley School of Law, while balancing the demands of working full-time and the responsibilities of being a devoted wife and mother. She also holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Management from the University of South Florida.
